Collation vs Consolidation?
The advanced features of CPPD means you can merge different spooled files (Collation) or different pages of your spooled files (Consolidation). You can even take out blank spaces and increase the number of lines on a page.
It’s a really simple thing and it really makes a difference to your documents…a 10 page invoice can turn into a 4 page one with consolidation.
