CPPDPTF - PRTAFP returning incorrect spooled file number

This bug affects CPPD v6.2.21 to v6.2.24
This bug is only compatible with CPPD v6.2.21 to v6.2.24

PRTAFP was effectively only returning the last two digits of the Spooled File Number. So for example, spooled file 11 was identified, rather than spooled file 211, if spooled file 11 was a valid spooled file.

This behaviour was limited to the PDF File output. It could cause the PDF to contain the wrong data.
